Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Adzone Orbit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adzone Orbit.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform. Business accounts must be created by an authorized representative.

Acceptable Use

• You may not use Orbit to send unsolicited spam or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
• You may not use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or harassment.
• You may not attempt to access data belonging to other users or reverse-engineer the platform.
• You are responsible for all content you create and distribute through Orbit.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., SMS carrier guidelines).

Subscription & Billing

Orbit is offered in three subscription tiers: Starter ($97/mo), Pro ($197/mo), and Scale ($397/mo), with annual discounts available. Billing is monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you will be invited to choose a paid plan. If you do not select a plan, your account will be deactivated and your data will be available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Intellectual Property

Adzone Orbit and all its features, designs, code, and content are owned by Adzone Group. You retain all rights to the content you create using the platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business purposes during your active subscription.

Data Ownership & Portability

You own your data — contacts, campaigns, content, and analytics. You can export your data at any time from your account settings. Upon account closure, we provide a full data export before permanent deletion. We never hold your data hostage or charge export fees.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime and maintain a public status page at adzoneorbit.com/status. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (internet outages, third-party service failures, force majeure). Scale plan customers are covered by our SLA with service credits for qualifying downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adzone Orbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for data loss caused by your failure to maintain backups or by third-party service interruptions.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Adzone Group is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.
